Our team is here to make your stay comfortable, enjoyable and effortless by providing the services you need, as well as a few extras, which we hope will enhance your stay.

• Reception – Reception is open 24 hours. Money exchange is available between 9 am and 5 pm daily.

• Concierge Desk – Our concierge staff can arrange your tours, car rentals, restaurant reservations, assist with special occasion requests as well as provide general information about the island of Barbados.

• Room Service – Room service is offered daily from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm.

• Grocery Service - In-room delivery grocery service offers all the conveniences that make for the perfect, hassle-free holiday.  If you would like to have your room stocked prior to your arrival, contact us to request a grocery list, indicate your preferences and return it to us.

• Business services – Documents can be copied or faxed by arrangement with Reception.  Internet access is available.

• Laundry Services - An iron and ironing board are available in your room and a guest laundry is also available, for which laundry tokens can be purchased from Reception.  Washing and dry cleaning services can also be arranged. Please leave your clothes with Reception before 9.00 am for same-day service. This service is available Monday to Friday.

• Private Cook -We can arrange for a cook to prepare delicious Barbadian dishes in the privacy of your suite. For a minimal charge, she will cook, serve and even wash up the dishes.
